聯合國193個成員國都為聯合國大會參會國，此外，羅馬教廷和巴勒斯坦作為觀察員國參與會議。另外，聯合國大會還將觀察員席位授予其他國際組織或實體，使這些組織和實體在一定的限制下擁有了參與聯合國大會事務的權力。

The President of the United Nations General Assembly is one-year term.

All 193 members of the United Nations are mmers of the General Assembly, with the addition of Holy See and Palestine as observer states. Further, the United Nations General Assembly may grant observer status to an international organization or entity, which entitles the entity to participate in the work of the United Nations General Assembly, though with limitations.
